Presentations can be nerve-wracking, especially if you don’t know where to start!

Join our peer writing specialist for a complete introduction to presentations in a comfortable environment—with time to practice! We’ll cover how to structure a presentation, create effective slides, present clearly and professionally, and provide tips for practicing, preparing, and answering questions. This is a new event aimed at beginners or students who need a refresher, but all students are welcome.

• Please bring your laptop: this is a bootcamp-style workshop that includes time to practice using the knowledge and skills that are introduced.
• Registration is required: limited seats are available to ensure a smaller group for this workshop.
• Students are expected to attend the full 90 minutes. Please arrive a few minutes before the start time.

• Presentation-related handouts are available.
