- Up to 2 hours per week (Monday - Saturday), up to 2 weeks ahead.
- Minimum of 1 hour between bookings per account.
- Uses Microsoft 365 Student Account
- Check in to confirm you are using the room.
- You can check in up to 5 minutes before your booking start time.
- If you have not checked in within 15 minutes and are not in the room, your booking may be cancelled.
- You can use an empty room without booking.
- Bookings have priority over drop-in use. You will be asked to leave if someone arrives for their booked time.
