Space Availability - Reg Erhardt Library

You can book study rooms up to 2 hours each calendar week (Sunday-Saturday). Bookings are in half hour periods. Multiple bookings by one person on the same day must have a minimum of 1 hour between them. Bookings can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.

You may use these spaces on a drop-in basis, without booking online. However, you may be asked to leave if there is a booking.

If you are looking for a study space to work alone, try our individual study spaces.

To submit your space booking, you must have an @edu.sait.ca email credential.  After you select a space and time, you will be forwarded to the O365 login page to sign in with your SAIT credentials. (firstname.lastname@edu.sait.ca) and may have to complete an MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). See MFA Set Up Guide and FAQ for more information Multi-factor Authentication (sait.ca) 

When you've submitted your booking, you will receive a confirmation email.

When you arrive at your booked room, check-in using the QR code at your room or the link provided in your confirmation email.

  • A 3-character check-in code (e.g. 3FT) is provided in your confirmation and reminder emails.

If you don't check into your room with the check-in code within 15 minutes of the booking start time, the system will automatically cancel your booking and the room will become available for other students to book.
