You are allowed to book a maximum of 2 hours each calendar week (Sunday-Saturday). Each booking is half an hour. Rooms can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.

Please occupy your room within 10 minutes of each booking start time, or the room becomes available to other students.

You may use the study rooms on a drop-in basis, without booking online. However, if a student books the room, you will be asked to leave.
